About the role
We are looking for an Assistant Administrator to support the day‑to‑day operation and servicing of our fund administration clients. The role sits within the Fund Administration team, reporting to the Fund Administration Manager, and works closely with fund accountants and relationship directors.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate accurately and promptly with clients and professional advisers to manage and administer fund structures.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure proper bookkeeping and accounting of all transactions, especially investment transactions.
- Follow established procedures and meet service level agreements for assigned strategic clients.
- Support offshore management, control, and corporate governance requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of client reports and documentation.
Required profile
- Degree holder or partially qualified professional working towards a fund administration or accounting qualification.
- Strong practical knowledge of property, private equity, and alternative fund administration.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on meeting client expectations.
