Assistant Administrator – Fund Administration

About the role

Join the Payments team to deliver seamless payment experiences for a diverse client portfolio. You will support client and fund payments, supplier administration, and cash management while collaborating with administration and client service teams.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of payment processing activities and prepare payment runs across various online banking platforms.
• Support supplier verification and maintain supplier information in internal systems.
• Build strong relationships with administration teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure a smooth payment experience.
• Maintain accurate records, workflow updates, and documentation throughout the payment lifecycle.
• Assist with cash management, post‑payment review, and reporting to drive operational excellence.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in payment operations, finance administration, or a similar financial services environment.
• Understanding of payment processing, cash management, and client administration activities.
• Strong communication, relationship‑building, organisational skills and attention to detail.
