Associate Executive – Secretarial

About the role

As an Associate within our Secretarial team, you will be seconded to a client, gaining hands‑on experience in corporate governance, compliance and company administration from day one. This position is ideal for recent graduates or candidates with up to one year of experience looking to start a career in financial services.

Key responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day corporate activities, including signatory updates and maintaining statutory records.
• Assist with corporate actions such as share transactions, bank mandate updates and regulatory filings.
• Ensure client records are accurate, complete and compliant with regulatory requirements.
• Support governance and compliance activities by assisting with regulatory submissions and reporting.
• Work closely with client teams and key stakeholders, maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Required profile

• Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Management or a related field, or pursuing a relevant professional qualification.
• Recent graduate or up to one year of experience, eager to build a career in financial services.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and committed to producing accurate, high‑quality work.
• Strong communicator who enjoys collaborative work and building relationships.
