Audit Coordination Leader

About the role

QIMA is seeking an Audit Coordination Leader to drive the performance of audit coordination activities across the EMEA region. You will lead a team of Audit Coordinators, ensuring operational excellence, high‑quality service delivery, and strong relationships with suppliers and field auditors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and support a team of Audit Coordinators, monitoring performance and implementing continuous improvement.
• Oversee audit schedule arrangements across EMEA, aligning with client requirements and deadlines.
• Supervise supplier onboarding and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, inspectors and auditors.
• Strategically allocate auditors and inspectors based on expertise, location and service type, optimizing routing and transport costs.
• Ensure all audit coordination activities meet QIMA’s quality standards and drive corrective actions for recurring issues.

• Proven leadership experience managing a team in a fast‑growing, global environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a focus on operational efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and handle escalations effectively.
