Baker (M/W) - Club Med Resort

About the role

Club Med is recruiting a baker for its resort in Mauritius or another overseas location. The resort offers several restaurants and bars serving its Premium All Inclusive offer, from buffets and plated service to show cooking experiences. The baker works in a creative, relaxed atmosphere where guests are surprised with new techniques and flavors.

Key responsibilities

• Offer a variety of special breads and viennoiseries at the buffet, personalising customer relations
• Check that buffets (600 to 1,000 covers per service) are set up, enhanced and restocked
• Manage orders and stocks for your activity
• Ensure quality of service, compliance with Club Med health and safety regulations and maintenance of the property

Required profile

• Creative, able to surprise customers with technique and create flavors
• Rigorous, with a perfect command of health and safety standards
• Passionate about sharing and creating emotion for customers
