Bar Waiter – Luxury Resort

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Bar Waiter to join the Food & Beverage team at our Four Seasons resort in Mauritius. You will be part of a luxury hospitality environment, serving guests in a vibrant bar setting while upholding the brand’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Execute all tasks assigned by supervisors, including taking orders, serving drinks, and maintaining bar cleanliness.
• Demonstrate high standards awareness, promote teamwork and act as a role model for colleagues.
• Attend all scheduled training sessions and actively participate in briefings and meetings.
• Provide warm, enthusiastic service to guests and internal customers, adhering to the Golden Rule.
• Follow the hotel’s code of conduct, grooming and hygiene standards.
• Assist colleagues during busy periods and maintain a safe, orderly work environment.
• Perform any other related duties as required.
