Beauty Sales Advisor – Korean Skincare Retail

About the role

MIREI, a leading Korean skincare retailer in Mauritius, is seeking enthusiastic Beauty Sales Advisors for its Tribeca Mall and Quatre Bornes stores. You will greet customers, understand their skin concerns and recommend suitable products from our curated K‑Beauty portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized product recommendations and educate customers on product benefits and usage.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling and promotion of new launches.
• Process sales transactions, handle enquiries and maintain accurate POS operations.
• Keep the store tidy, well‑stocked and visually appealing by managing displays and replenishing shelves.
• Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory management and support in‑store events and promotions.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in Creole, English and French with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Passion for skincare and Korean beauty products, with a willingness to learn brand specifics.
• Previous experience in beauty, skincare or retail sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends, public holidays and standing for extended periods.
