Bell Boy – Front Office

About the role

As a Bell Boy at RIU Hotels & Resorts in Le Morne, you will be the first point of contact for guests, handling luggage, delivering messages and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. The role supports the Front Office team and contributes to the hotel’s reputation for luxury service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, assist with luggage during check‑in, check‑out and room transfers.
• Maintain lobby decorum and follow RIU operational standards.
• Deliver messages and guest items promptly and accurately.
• Escort guests to their rooms when required.
• Man the Bell Boy desk and oversee proper luggage storage.
• Report any suspicious persons to security.
• Provide courteous, first‑class service to all guests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• School Certificate (or equivalent).
• Physical endurance for lifting and bending.
• Good communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
