Business Analyst – Payment Squad

About the role

Join the Product Chapter and CXO Office to help shape and deliver innovative payment solutions within a Core Banking system. You will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the modernization and optimisation of critical payment capabilities that support daily bank operations and strategic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product owners, designers, business sponsors and technical teams to understand product vision and business needs.
• Write business requirement documents that translate product vision and customer needs into functional specifications.
• Manage and prioritise the product backlog according to business priorities and strategies.
• Consolidate ‘AS‑IS’ processes and design ‘TO‑BE’ processes for assigned customer journeys.
• Track and manage dependencies between requirements to enable delivery of the product roadmap.
• Work closely with the technical team throughout delivery to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Conduct process analysis to identify efficiency improvements across the customer journey.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration at each stage of the product delivery cycle.

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in business analysis for banking or payment systems.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable documentation.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
