Butler – Luxury Hospitality at Club Med Resorts

About the role

Join Club Med Resorts as a Butler and become the personal ambassador of luxury for our guests. You will ensure each villa or chalet is perfectly prepared, maintain impeccable standards throughout the stay, and create unforgettable, personalized experiences for families from around the world.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and inspect villas/chalets before guest arrival, ensuring cleanliness, functionality, and adherence to guest preferences.
• Maintain daily cleaning, linen service, and turnover between guest groups.
• Anticipate and discreetly fulfill guest wishes, preferences, and special requests, with particular attention to children.
• Collect and relay guest feedback to management, proposing solutions when needed.
• Set up and oversee all food‑and‑beverage services (breakfast, snacks, à‑la‑carte meals, room service, barbecues, cocktails) following service protocols and HACCP standards.
• Provide “Majordome” service, including food preparation, cooking, plating, service, and clearing.

Required profile

• Passionate about luxury hospitality and attentive to the smallest details.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, able to connect with guests from diverse cultures.
• Creative experience‑creator who personalizes service to make each guest feel unique.

Required skills

• Knowledge of HACCP food safety standards.
