Canteen Attendant

About the role

We are looking for a Canteen Attendant to deliver high‑quality canteen service at our ultra‑luxury resort. You will be responsible for food production, preparation, counter service, and maintaining a clean, hygienic environment for guests and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages according to established procedures, ensuring quality and hygiene standards.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to internal customers.
• Maintain a clean work area, including tables, equipment, and food preparation zones, following resort food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts, stock supplies, and ensure proper storage.
• Support other canteen tasks such as clearing tables, waste disposal, and reporting maintenance needs.

Required profile

• At least a School Certificate.
• Prior experience in a similar role within an international ultra‑luxury resort.
• Valid Food Handler’s Certificate.

Required skills

• Food safety and hygiene knowledge.
