Customer Success Manager – Education Market

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to drive adoption and value of our digital learning solutions within the education market. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients from onboarding through renewal while leveraging data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead seamless onboarding as a goFLUENT product expert, ensuring a smooth start for new clients.
• Manage a portfolio of customers, coordinating projects from onboarding to renewal and aligning outcomes with business objectives.
• Build strong, advisory relationships, understanding evolving training needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Analyze client data to implement engagement strategies and measure program success.
• Identify upsell opportunities and expand partnerships.
• Gather feedback, optimize learner experience, and contribute to product evolution.
• Share industry best practices and thought leadership in digital learning.

Required profile

• Fluent or bilingual in English; additional languages (Portuguese, Italian, German, French, Spanish) are a strong plus.
• Passionate about customer success and relationship management.
• Exceptional communication and analytical abilities.
• Highly organized, adaptable, and proactive problem‑solver.
• Team player who values collaboration and knowledge sharing.
