Customs Data Entry Clerk

About the role

The Customs Data Entry Clerk will join the Operations team of Customs Support Group, Europe’s leading independent customs services provider. You will be responsible for entering customs‑related information accurately and on time, supporting the preparation of customs declarations and ensuring data integrity across internal and external systems.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately enter customs declaration data into internal and external customs systems.
• Verify information received from customers and internal stakeholders for completeness and accuracy.
• Process customs documentation according to established procedures and deadlines.
• Maintain and update records related to customs declarations and shipments.
• Review documentation and identify missing or inconsistent information.
• Liaise with customs declarants and operational teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support the preparation and organization of customs‑related documentation.
• Monitor workflows and escalate issues that could impact service delivery.
