Data Analyst – Document & Data Management

About the role

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our Data Solutions Team, supporting the investment fund industry with regulatory reporting and data hub activities. You will work on digital projects, help shape our Target Operating Model, and ensure high‑quality data collection for reports such as Annual Statements, Fund Tax, AIFMD, KIID, PRIIPS, ESG and more.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in digital transformation projects and contribute to the design of the Target Operating Model.
• Collect and process documents and data using RPA robots or dedicated tools.
• Collaborate with internal reporting teams and external clients to ensure data accuracy.
• Review matching and scrubbing results, detect anomalies, and perform ad‑hoc corrections.
• Continuously analyse process flows and propose improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics or Mathematics.
• 0‑6 months of professional experience.
• Strong analytical mindset and pragmatic approach.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• Interest in developing a career within a young, dynamic team.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel and VBA.
• SQL query writing.
• Experience with PowerBI or similar visualization tools.
• Familiarity with RPA (Robotic Process Automation) tools.
