Data Analyst - KIID Assembly

About the role

Join Deloitte’s regulatory reporting team to support clients in assembling and producing key investment fund documents such as UCITS KIID, PRIIPs KID, EPT, EMT, and EET. You will work with cutting‑edge tools in a diverse, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and produce regulatory documents (UCITS KIID, PRIIPS KID, EPT, EMT, EET).
• Collaborate with the Kid Factory team to deliver high‑quality services and build strong client relationships.
• Maintain the accuracy and currency of internal platforms in line with client requirements and legal constraints.
• Monitor production cycles, resolve technical issues, and contribute to ongoing digital improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Some experience in the investment fund industry.
• Familiarity with UCITS, AIFMD, KIID and PRIIPS regulations.
• Strong analytical mindset and pragmatic problem‑solving approach.
• Clear communication skills and fluency in English.
• Enthusiasm for technology and willingness to learn new digital tools.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (VBA knowledge is a plus).
• Database management.
