About the role

The Enablement Project Manager drives strategic and operational initiatives that empower customer‑facing project teams to deliver high‑quality results. This role acts as a change agent, aligning departments, managing interdependencies, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.

Key responsibilities

• Create and lead initiatives that foster change and deliver solutions across the business.
• Lead cross‑functional projects from initiation through closure, clearly defining scope, deliverables, timelines, roles, and responsibilities.
• Drive alignment across departments and influence stakeholders to support agreed‑upon outcomes.
• Provide leadership, coordination, and coaching to cross‑functional team members.
• Promote accountability and transparency among all project participants.
• Produce structured, concise communications and facilitate focused meetings.

Required profile

• Post‑secondary degree or diploma in Business, Technology, or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project‑management certification preferred.
• Minimum 3 + years of experience managing cross‑functional projects.
• Demonstrated success delivering initiatives on time and within scope.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement capabilities.
• Experience managing technology‑enabled projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project‑management tools and methodologies (e.g., MS Project, JIRA).
