Executive - Investor Services

About the role

Join IQ-EQ’s Investor Services team as an Executive, supporting the full investor lifecycle from onboarding and due diligence to transaction processing and ongoing servicing. You will work closely with investors, clients and internal stakeholders in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review onboarding documentation, conduct due‑diligence checks and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Process investor transactions such as subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and distributions accurately and on time.
• Maintain investor records and update internal systems to guarantee data integrity.
• Respond to queries from investors, clients and intermediaries, building strong relationships through professional communication.
• Assist with regulatory reporting, FATCA/CRS requirements and other operational deliverables while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Experience in Transfer Agency, Investor Services, Fund Administration or a related financial services environment.
• Solid understanding of FATCA, CRS, Customer Due Diligence and investor servicing processes.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven setting.
• Confident communicator who enjoys building strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused and motivated to develop a career in investor services.
