Experienced Corporate Officer & Company Accountant

About the role

GWMS Ltd is seeking seasoned professionals to fill two key positions within its Management Company in Rose Hill, Mauritius: an Experienced Corporate Officer and a Company Accountant. Both roles require a minimum of four years’ experience in a management‑company environment and a strong commitment to corporate governance and financial excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with corporate regulations and statutory filing requirements.
• Prepare, review and analyse financial statements, budgets and management reports.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and oversee month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audits.
• Support the preparation of board resolutions, shareholder communications and other corporate documentation.
• Provide advisory support on corporate structuring, tax optimisation and regulatory matters.

Required profile

• Relevant professional qualification (e.g., CA, CPA, ACCA, or equivalent).
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a Management Company or similar corporate services environment.
• Proven ability to manage corporate compliance and accounting functions independently.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• High level of professionalism, integrity and attention to detail.
