Food & Beverage Manager

About the role

The Food & Beverage Manager oversees the operational excellence, profitability and guest satisfaction of the F&B departments across multiple properties. The role involves strategic leadership in building the F&B team, creating innovative products and promotions, and ensuring high standards of quality, service and compliance across all hotel group outlets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and inspire F&B managers, supervisors and culinary teams to meet food preparation and service standards.
• Manage F&B operations across the group, ensuring consistency, safety, hygiene and compliance with corporate policies.
• Develop strategies to improve customer relations and guest experience.
• Drive revenue growth with new products, concepts and promotions, working with property-level teams.
• Plan, forecast and manage financial performance, including budgeting, cost control and inventory management, and monitor targets with property managers.
• Provide leadership, mentorship and professional development for staff at all levels.
• Ensure food handling, hygiene and safety regulations are followed, including food handling certifications and equipment maintenance.
• Coordinate with procurement teams and monitor staffing levels to match business demand.
• Evaluate food quality, presentation and service, and resolve guest complaints promptly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a senior F&B leadership role within a multi-property hotel group.
• Strong commitment to guest satisfaction and service excellence.
• Ability to create and implement innovative F&B concepts and promotions.
