German Language Specialist Host

About the role

The Host acts as the sole point of contact for guests at One&Only Le Saint Géran, providing personalized assistance from pre‑arrival through post‑visit. This role blends concierge service with coordination across all resort departments to turn guest wishes into reality.

Key responsibilities

• Introduce yourself to guests before arrival and create a tailor‑made itinerary.
• Schedule at least one daily meeting with each guest to review the day’s plan, gather feedback and adjust requests.
• Coordinate with all resort departments to confirm activities, special occasions and amenities, ensuring timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Use the GMH communication tool on a company‑issued smartphone for all guest interactions.
• Share guest preferences with colleagues and assign amenities accordingly.
• Respond to incidents within 15 minutes and resolve any negative feedback immediately via the ALICE system.
• Act as a brand ambassador, modeling One&Only values and ensuring no guest departs unhappy.

Required profile

• Fluent in German and English with excellent verbal communication.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Proactive attitude, capable of handling multiple requests simultaneously.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality service and upholding brand standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the GMH communication platform.
• Experience using the ALICE incident‑management system.
