About the role

Join Checkout.com’s Graduate Operations Scheme for 2026/2027 and develop a solid foundation in fintech operations. You will rotate across risk and merchant teams, gaining hands‑on experience in risk assessment, dispute handling, merchant onboarding and customer support.

Key responsibilities

• Complete rotations in risk departments (due diligence, monitoring, disputes) to become a multi‑skilled customer risk professional.
• Conduct merchant risk assessments and help mitigate financial risks such as anti‑money‑laundering concerns.
• Manage customer disputes and investigate potential red‑flag activities.
• Set up, update and terminate merchant accounts efficiently.
• Handle inbound merchant queries across multiple communication channels, prioritising and resolving cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, graduated within the last 12 months or graduating by July 2026.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to manage changing priorities.
• Collaborative mindset with a desire to work across diverse teams and develop leadership potential.
• Strong interest in digital payments, technology and operational processes.
