Graduate Programme (ACE) – Financial Services

About the role

CIM Finance, a non-bank financial institution in Mauritius, is offering its ACE graduate programme starting in January 2027. The programme gives fresh graduates hands-on experience across several departments and exposure to different areas of the financial services industry, with work on meaningful projects alongside experienced professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to departmental initiatives, from planning and problem-solving to implementation and delivery.
• Support the collection, analysis and interpretation of data to uncover trends and inform business decisions, including reports and presentations.
• Work with colleagues from other departments on cross-functional projects.
• Help identify more efficient ways of working and recommend process improvements.
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders and take part in brainstorming sessions.
• Gain exposure to project planning, scheduling, coordination and progress tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Finance, Economics, Risk Management, Management, Business, Information Technology or Project Management.
• Graduates from other disciplines are welcome if they show strong analytical, problem-solving and learning agility.
• Proactive, curious and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, with good organisational skills.
