Head of Supply Chain & Procurement

About the role

Agiliss Ltd, a leading FMCG organisation in Mauritius, is looking for a Head of Supply Chain & Procurement to join its Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role leads procurement, demand and supply planning, production planning, inventory management, warehousing capacity planning and supplier partnerships. It suits a strategic leader who wants to strengthen end-to-end supply chain performance and support the company's growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a robust supply chain strategy aligned with the company's growth, operational and commercial objectives.
• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring product availability, service levels, inventory control and operational efficiency.
• Drive strategic sourcing, supplier performance management, contract negotiation, cost optimisation and value creation.
• Strengthen demand planning, forecasting, S&OP processes, warehousing and transportation performance.
• Improve working capital through better inventory planning, stock accuracy and process discipline.
• Set KPIs, dashboards and governance frameworks to support data-driven decisions.
• Build strong relationships with suppliers, service providers, internal stakeholders and business partners.
• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Support business expansion and transformation with innovative supply chain solutions.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIPS, APICS, CSCP, CPSM or equivalent.
• Minimum 10 years' senior experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics or FMCG operations, with demonstrated leadership responsibility.
• Proven track record of operational efficiencies, cost savings, supplier improvements and process transformation.
• Confident, engaging, results-driven leader with excellent people management and communication skills.
