Host Company Supervisor – Talent Search & Development

About the role

As a Host Company Supervisor at Placement International, you will act as the bridge between luxury hospitality partners and high‑potential candidates. You will mentor candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure host companies receive top‑tier talent aligned with their standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with 4‑5 star hotel and resort partners.
• Match qualified candidates to appropriate host‑company opportunities.
• Conduct mock interviews, provide presentation coaching, and offer strategic interview advice.
• Facilitate interview scheduling and follow‑up between candidates and partners.
• Train and support new team members as the team expands.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of management experience in 4‑5 star hotels or similar luxury hospitality settings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Human Resources or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proven client‑management and relationship‑building skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM or client‑management systems.
