About the role
The IT Coordinator provides essential administrative support to the IT department, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across the resort. This role blends office management with basic IT oversight in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage administrative functions of the IT department, including documentation and reporting.
- Maintain office and pantry supplies, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed.
- Track IT equipment inventory, anticipate needs, and coordinate procurement.
- Oversee the end‑to‑end repair process for devices, from request to delivery and payment.
- Raise purchase requisitions (PRs) for the IT department and follow through with LPO, delivery, work completion, and payment.
- Coordinate with procurement to renew IT contracts before expiry.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure efficient communication and service delivery.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year experience in IT desktop/help‑desk support or a similar IT role within hospitality.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using Windows 10 operating system.
