IT System Administrator

About the role

As an IT System Administrator at Attitude Hotels you will ensure that all technology across the Head Office and hotel properties runs smoothly. You will manage systems, networks and cybersecurity while supporting renovation and new‑build projects.

Key responsibilities

• Install, configure, upgrade and maintain servers, operating systems, business applications, hardware, peripherals and network infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance, availability and security, perform backups, data recovery and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, server and network issues and coordinate with external service providers.
• Maintain consistent IT standards, governance and support service levels across multiple sites.
• Lead IT aspects of renovation, refurbishment and new‑build projects, including network design, structured cabling, Wi‑Fi, telecommunications and equipment installation.
• Document system configurations, incidents and infrastructure changes, and identify automation opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in system administration or system engineering.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
• Strong analytical, organisational and customer‑relationship abilities.

Required skills

• Server administration and operating system management.
• Network infrastructure and cybersecurity controls.
• Backup, data recovery and preventive maintenance.
• Structured cabling, telecommunications and Wi‑Fi deployment.
• Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS) and telephony solutions.
