Technical Support Engineer

About the role

Hikvision is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide on‑site and remote assistance for ELV projects, ensuring smooth implementation and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support and resolve client issues during project implementation.
• Create and execute test procedures.
• Communicate with customers to address technical questions and clarify product details.
• Deliver training sessions and produce technical documentation.
• Participate in quality control and suggest process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years experience as an ELV support engineer (CCTV, access control, intercom, etc.).
• French speaking is a plus.
• Completed security‑manufacturer certified training; CCNA is a plus.
• Experience in project management, product selection and solution design.
• Strong logical thinking and ability to locate technical issues.
• Good written and spoken English.
