SAP Functional SD/MM Consultant

About the role

TeamWork Mauritius is seeking a SAP Functional SD/MM Consultant to design, configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions within the Sales & Distribution and Materials Management modules. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver integrated, sustainable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP solutions in SD and MM modules.
• Analyze incidents and change requests, perform root‑cause analysis, and propose sustainable resolutions.
• Manage L2/L3 support tickets, ensuring compliance with SLAs and quality standards.
• Participate in mini‑projects and enhancements, including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go‑live support.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation for implemented changes.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross‑functional teams (FI, PP, QM) for integrated issue resolution.
• Provide end‑user training and communicate solution impacts clearly.

Required profile

• Degree in IT.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP support in SD and MM modules.
• Autonomous, initiative‑taking, service‑oriented with methodological rigor.
• Team player, flexible, and willing to share knowledge.
• Fluent in French and English.
