Senior Fullstack Engineer (Java / Spring Boot)

About the role

ELCA is looking for a Senior Java Engineer with strong Spring Boot experience to join a team of experts working on challenging projects across multiple business domains. The role includes full‑stack development, mentoring, and participation in the Technology Expertise Center.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java applications using Spring Boot (Java 11+), JPA and REST APIs.
• Deliver tasks of varying complexity, ensuring code quality, documentation and release notes meet standards.
• Participate in sprint backlog estimation and agile ceremonies.
• Coach new joiners, act as technical reference alongside the architect, and review peer code.
• Contribute to the Technology Expertise Center by sharing knowledge and staying updated on industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Java and Spring Boot.
• Strong analytical, design and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Experience working in an Agile environment and with CI/CD pipelines.
