KYC Analyst – Client Onboarding

About the role

The KYC Analyst will support Apex Group’s client onboarding process in Mauritius, ensuring that all client information meets the required regulatory standards. You will act as the main point of contact for gathering and verifying KYC documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Send initial KYC requirements to clients and collect the necessary documentation.
• Review received documents to confirm they meet the risk rating criteria.
• Communicate with clients to obtain additional information or clarification.
• Perform name‑list screening and conduct negative news searches.
• Maintain accurate records of all KYC activities.

Required profile

• University degree and relevant experience in a KYC or compliance role.
• Knowledge of due‑diligence, compliance and financial structures in offshore jurisdictions such as the UK, Jersey, Guernsey and Luxembourg.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Effective time‑management and planning skills.
