Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Maintenance Coordinator to join our hotel team at One&Only Le Saint Géran. You will ensure that all preventive and corrective maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with our brand standards, supporting a seamless guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily maintenance work orders and assign technicians.
• Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and guarantee timely completion.
• Track and update maintenance records, reports, and asset databases.
• Manage relationships with vendors and contractors for repair and maintenance work.
• Oversee maintenance inventory and process purchase requests.
• Liaise with operational departments to address urgent maintenance needs.
• Support compliance with health, safety, fire, and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with facility improvement projects and renovations.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Hospitality or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities, or hotel engineering.
• Solid knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and general building maintenance.
• Strong organizational, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
