Management Accountant

About the role

The Management Accountant will provide financial and operational insight to support sound business decisions across the Group. Reporting to the Head of Finance / CFO, you will combine budgeting, forecasting, cost control and performance analysis to give management a clear view of gaps between plan and reality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver budgets, rolling forecasts and monthly management reports for business units.
• Control and analyse income, expenditure and variances against standard costs.
• Lead monthly operational and financial review meetings, presenting analysis and action plans.
• Ensure reliable reporting in line with Group requirements and conduct risk assessments.
• Supervise finance and operations staff and support investment portfolio management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fully qualified professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in management accounting, cost control or financial analysis.
• Experience in a manufacturing, textile or multi‑entity group environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence and AI reporting tools.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting and cost‑control principles.
