Management Accountant

About the role

The Management Accountant will report to the Head of Finance and CFO, providing financial and operational insight to support business decisions across the manufacturing and textile group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver budgets, rolling forecasts and monthly management reports for business units.
• Control and forecast income and expenditure, analyse variances against standard costs and provide corrective actions.
• Produce cost control reports, record project/production costs and support ad‑hoc financial analysis.
• Partner with operational and technical teams, presenting analysis in review meetings and developing visual dashboards using AI or BI tools.
• Ensure accurate, timely reporting in line with Group requirements and continuously improve financial systems, controls and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Fully qualified professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• Proven experience in management accounting, cost control or financial analysis, preferably in manufacturing or multi‑entity environments.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insight.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Familiarity with business intelligence, reporting and AI tools.
