Officer 2 – Private Wealth Administration

About the role

You will join a leading Investor Services group as an Officer 2, focusing on private wealth administration. Working under supervision, you will develop expertise in corporate secretarial and legal matters across a variety of corporate structures while supporting client‑facing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Handle routine corporate secretarial and legal tasks for client accounts.
• Resolve operational issues and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with client‑aligned clusters to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members.
• Contribute ideas for process improvement and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or partial qualification with ICSA.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a corporate secretarial or administrative role.
• Professionalism, integrity and strong communication skills.
