About the role

You will develop expertise in corporate secretarial and legal matters for private wealth administration, handling routine operational tasks under the guidance of your team leader. The role involves building strong client relationships and supporting junior team members while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop expertise in corporate secretarial and legal matters across various corporate structures.
• Handle routine operational matters under team leader guidance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Foster trust and collaboration through professional communication and service.
• Support and mentor less experienced team members.
• Identify and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or partial qualification with ICSA.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar corporate secretarial role.
• Hands‑on experience in corporate secretarial and legal administration across various structures.
• Ability to manage routine client matters effectively.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills.
