Operations Analyst I – Merchant Configuration

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Operations Analyst I to join the Merchant Configuration team at Checkout.com. The role focuses on timely and accurate setup, updates and termination of merchant accounts, ensuring a smooth payment experience for our global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, update and terminate merchant accounts following defined processes.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and contribute to team initiatives.
• Develop deep knowledge of Checkout.com’s configuration products.
• Handle queries by coordinating with appropriate support channels to ensure timely resolution.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver satisfactory solutions.
• Perform quality checks, review work for errors and maintain high accuracy.
• Approach tasks with urgency and collaborate across the organization to drive cases to resolution.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in an operational role within a multinational environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on stakeholder satisfaction.
• Detail‑oriented and proactive with a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to work effectively within teams and across departments.
• Understanding of payment processes and lifecycle or prior experience in a configuration role.
