Outdoor Sales Representative – Construction Chemicals

About the role

Desbro Trading Ltd is looking for an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to grow its Construction Chemicals business. Based in La Tour Koenig, you will work directly with contractors, project managers and retail partners to expand the company’s market footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and develop a B2B client portfolio within construction, engineering and building sectors.
• Identify, recruit and onboard strategic retail partners and resellers.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships with contractors, project managers and network resellers.
• Promote premium construction chemical solutions by matching technical requirements with client needs.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective territory management and regular field activity.

Required profile

• Proactive mindset with strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for building lasting client relationships and developing distribution networks.
• Experience or strong interest in the construction chemical industry.
• Valid driver’s licence for daily field visits.

Required skills

• Knowledge of construction chemicals and related technical specifications.
