Paid Social Analyst / Associate

About the role

The company is looking for a Paid Social Analyst / Associate with strong hands-on experience in social media advertising platforms and campaign performance management. The role covers setting up, optimizing, monitoring and reporting on paid social campaigns, and providing actionable insights to drive performance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across multiple platforms
• Set up campaigns, audience targeting, budgets, tracking and reporting
• Monitor campaign performance and troubleshoot issues when required
• Analyze campaign data and give recommendations for continuous improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on optimization strategies aligned with business objectives
• Prepare and present weekly, monthly, quarterly and post-campaign performance reports
• Monitor campaign pacing and budget utilization
• Support business reviews, campaign reviews and performance presentations
• Use reporting and visualization tools to present clear, actionable data insights

Required profile

• 2 to 4 years of experience in Paid Social / Biddable Media
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, Business Management or a related field preferred
• Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders
• Automation knowledge and relevant certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn) are an advantage

Required skills

• Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Campaign setup, optimization, budget management and audience targeting
• Weekly and monthly reports, post-campaign analysis and business reviews
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI and Looker Studio / Data Studio
• Understanding of CPAC, CPL, CTR, CPC, ROAS and conversion rate
