Parts Pricing Manager

About the role

The Parts Pricing Manager will lead BIA Group’s operational sales and pricing teams, aligning pricing strategies with customer needs and market dynamics. The role focuses on optimizing pricing structures to maximize profitability, support commercial performance, and maintain competitiveness across the group’s aftermarket portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Define B2C pricing schemes to meet gross‑margin targets and maintain reliable SAP pricing data.
• Lead pricing and costing activities, oversee landed‑cost and Country Factor calculations, and analyse parts margins, market trends and OEM pricing.
• Implement finance recommendations on transfer pricing and support the aftermarket team to prevent margin leakage.
• Coordinate special pricing projects, maintain the pricing simulator, and ensure timely SAP price updates according to OEM calendars.
• Conduct quarterly margin reviews with Finance, develop pricing policies, and supervise purchasing and sales basket analyses.
• Organise pricing committee meetings, communicate updates across entities, and deliver pricing training throughout the group.
• Manage pricing procedures, improve processes for operational excellence, and handle pricing tickets via SysAid.
• Lead a team of pricing analysts and coordinators, providing clear priorities and execution of the pricing strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in pricing, costing or commercial finance within an industrial or aftermarket environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends, margin data and cost structures.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to coordinate cross‑functional teams and present pricing analyses.
