Pool Engineering Supervisor

About the role

The Pool Engineering Supervisor is responsible for planning, delegating and following up all maintenance activities related to the pool facilities at One&Only Le Saint Géran. The role ensures that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Register, plan, execute and control daily maintenance requests for pool equipment and infrastructure.
• Lead and mentor the pool engineering team, ensuring proper training and performance.
• Conduct preventive maintenance programmes according to schedule and procedures.
• Coordinate with internal managers and external contractors for project execution.
• Monitor safety standards, report hazards and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
• Maintain tools and equipment inventory and ensure proper use.
• Provide regular feedback to the Assistant/Maintenance Manager on operational matters.

Required profile

• Familiarity with the building layout, pool plant equipment and service installations.
• Ability to identify potential defects and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple maintenance requests and projects.
• Good communication skills to liaise with managers, staff and contractors.
