Quality Trainee – Hospitality Training & Development

About the role

Join Constance Prince Maurice’s Learning & Quality team as a Quality Trainee. You will support the creation and delivery of training content that upholds Forbes Standards and enhances guest experiences across the resort.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in filming, editing, and producing training videos.
• Upload and manage courses, assessments, and quizzes on the LMS.
• Create and update product‑knowledge manuals, presentations, handouts, and PDFs.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Support preparation of departmental and hotel‑wide training presentations.
• Participate in internal quality audits and inspections of guestrooms and operational areas.
• Proofread digital and printed communication materials for grammar, spelling, and syntax errors.
• Update quality‑related standards, procedures, and records.
• Assist management with research, reports, PowerPoint decks, and administrative tasks.
• Coordinate with other departments to gather information for training and quality initiatives.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Hospitality Management, Training & Development, Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Multimedia, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in proofreading.
• Creative mindset with interest in digital learning and content creation.
• Organised, proactive and able to work both independently and within a team.
