Receiving/Store Associate

About the role

Four Seasons is seeking a diligent Receiving/Store Associate to join the operations team at its luxury resort on the east coast of Mauritius. The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring that all goods arriving at the resort meet the highest standards of quality, quantity and price, supporting the seamless delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Check all incoming goods against delivery invoices, food specifications and purchase records.
• Verify the type, amount, price and quality of items received to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain precise records of receipts and report any discrepancies to the purchasing department.
• Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to resolve issues promptly.

• Effective communication skills for interacting with suppliers and resort staff.
