Relationship Executive - Factoring

About the role

The Relationship Executive – Factoring will manage a portfolio of SME and corporate clients, overseeing their sales ledgers, financing requests and overall relationship. You will ensure timely invoice financing, assess risk in line with CIM Finance’s appetite, and deliver high‑quality client service while supporting business growth through cross‑selling.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 40+ SME and corporate clients.
• Assess and mitigate transaction and debtor risk for each financing request.
• Process daily financing within 24 hours and conduct invoice checks.
• Collaborate with Collections Assistants and support debt‑recovery follow‑up.
• Handle invoice disputes and support sales ledger administration.
• Process credit limit applications and determine recourse type.
• Ensure compliance with contracts and CIM Finance risk guidelines.
• Report non‑compliant transactions to the Team Leader.
• Coach and support junior team members.
• Maintain strong client relationships through meetings, visits and prompt support.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum one year of experience in factoring, credit, finance operations or a similar area.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Clear and respectful communication skills.
