Relationship Manager – Global Business

About the role

The Relationship Manager – Global Business will maintain strong working relationships and grow the bank’s market share across existing and new client portfolios. The role supports the bank’s growth and profitability by executing its marketing and business development plans.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily team activities to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Adhere to all regulatory, compliance, and internal control requirements applicable to the role.
• Ensure all customer interactions comply with bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Handle and resolve escalated customer complaints and complex service issues.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the bank’s products and services to accurately advise customers.
• Assist in cross‑selling and promoting suitable banking products.
• Actively market the bank’s products and services in a professional manner.
• Provide guidance, on‑the‑job support, and coaching to team members, contributing to skill development and cross‑training.
• Train and support team members to enhance their knowledge.
• Perform any other cognate duties as required.

Required profile

• A degree in Banking and Finance or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in customer service or a regulated environment.
• Good working knowledge of bank products, services, processes, controls and service standards.
• Ability to guide others, monitor quality and manage day‑to‑day issues effectively.
• Comfortable using bank applications and able to learn new systems and tools through training.
