Relationship Manager – Trust & Corporate

About the role

Accuro is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its Mauritius office, supporting the Trust & Corporate client portfolio. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated portfolio of trust and corporate clients, understanding their structures and needs.
• Provide prompt client service, responding within 24 hours and maintaining regular, value‑driven communication.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients, intermediaries, and third‑party service providers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with the administration team on first‑line defence activities and trust/company administration tasks.
• Ensure all activities comply with local regulator requirements and Accuro’s internal policies.
• Coordinate and attend annual client meetings in South Africa, preparing meeting packs, travel itineraries and related documentation.
• Organise and facilitate board meetings for Global Business Companies, including preparation of board packs and logistics.
• Work closely with Relationship and Administration teams to support strategic and operational goals.

Required profile

• Strong client‑focused mindset with excellent relationship‑building abilities.
• Good understanding of trust structures, corporate entities and related regulatory environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to delivering compliant, high‑quality service.
