About the role
Accuro is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its Mauritius office, supporting the Trust & Corporate client portfolio. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a dedicated portfolio of trust and corporate clients, understanding their structures and needs.
- Provide prompt client service, responding within 24 hours and maintaining regular, value‑driven communication.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients, intermediaries, and third‑party service providers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the administration team on first‑line defence activities and trust/company administration tasks.
- Ensure all activities comply with local regulator requirements and Accuro’s internal policies.
- Coordinate and attend annual client meetings in South Africa, preparing meeting packs, travel itineraries and related documentation.
- Organise and facilitate board meetings for Global Business Companies, including preparation of board packs and logistics.
- Work closely with Relationship and Administration teams to support strategic and operational goals.
Required profile
- Strong client‑focused mindset with excellent relationship‑building abilities.
- Good understanding of trust structures, corporate entities and related regulatory environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering compliant, high‑quality service.
