Revenue Optimization Manager

About the role

The Revenue Optimization Manager oversees data analysis, forecasting, pricing strategies and channel optimization to maximize revenue. The role ensures rate parity and seamless collaboration across systems while aligning with Shangri-La's core values.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and organize business intelligence using BI tools and systems for statistical and competitive data.
• Gather, compile and analyze information from all stakeholders, supporting fact-based business decisions.
• Assist in forecasting by collating data and act as substitute for DoRM/RM if required, updating forecasts and reports across tools.
• Implement BAR and PKG pricing across channels and manage BAR restrictions when needed.
• Ensure optimal online channel configuration with reservations and manage the channel manager for dynamic rates on third-party platforms.
• Maintain rate parity across all distribution channels.
• Support inventory management, distribution optimization and production optimization focused on cost efficiency, guest loyalty and connectivity.
• Carry out day-to-day operations in line with Shangri-La's values.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Revenue Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in revenue management or a similar hospitality role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent organization and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in BI tools, forecasting systems and channel management platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
