About the role

Join EY RDS in Mauritius as a Risk Management Associate, supporting the Africa Risk team in implementing and monitoring risk management programs across the region. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in enterprise risk management and compliance frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Africa Risk Director and Senior Manager with ad‑hoc risk management activities.
• Support the broader Africa Region Risk Management team as needed.
• Prepare risk management reports, presentations, and materials for leadership forums and Risk Committee meetings.
• Contribute to the implementation and execution of the Africa Region Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
• Help execute the Risk Management Compliance Framework.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Commerce, Risk Management, Accounting, Business Management or a related field.
• Motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
