Sales Executive

About the role

Reneworld is expanding its sales team in Mauritius and seeks a motivated Sales Executive to promote residential and commercial solar PV solutions. This field‑based position focuses on client‑facing activities, from prospecting to closing deals, while enjoying a flexible schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle, from initial client meeting to signed contract and post‑sale follow‑up.
• Conduct on‑site visits, assess client needs, and recommend tailored solar solutions.
• Maintain a warm pipeline of leads provided by the support team.
• Build and nurture long‑term client relationships to generate referrals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for diary management, administration, and dossier handling.

Required profile

• Proven B2C or field sales experience; experience in solar or energy is a plus.
• Comfortable conducting independent site visits and assessments.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and proactive in generating new business.
• Strong client relationship skills.
• Valid driving licence.
