Sales Executive – Leasing Solutions

About the role

As a Sales Executive you will drive leasing sales by identifying prospects, presenting tailored solutions and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the leasing journey.

Key responsibilities

• Identify the MCB Leasing products or services that best meet each customer's needs and present them with clear pricing and terms.
• Generate new leads through referrals, stakeholder networks, trade shows and other outreach activities.
• Develop and execute a customer contact plan to promote product launches and sales campaigns.
• Provide day‑to‑day support to both new and existing customers, handling queries, complaints and problem resolution.
• Maintain compliance with MCB Leasing policies and stay informed on relevant technology, regulations and industry best practices.
• Participate in training, coaching and development activities to continuously improve sales capabilities.
