Sales Intern - Automotive

About the role

Autocity Ltd, an automotive company focused on reliable vehicles and customer-centred service, is hiring a full-time, on-site Sales Intern in Port Louis. The intern supports the sales team in daily activities such as greeting customers, presenting vehicle features and helping prepare quotations and sales documents. The role offers hands-on exposure to the automotive sales process and the chance to learn negotiation techniques, basic sales management and product knowledge alongside senior sales staff.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and support customers and present vehicle features
• Help prepare quotations and sales documentation
• Update customer records and follow up on leads
• Support showroom organisation and take part in promotional activities
• Learn negotiation techniques and basic sales management practices with senior sales staff

Required profile

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage
• Interest in sales and marketing, especially car-related products, and a basic understanding of sales processes
• Ability to learn from training and support sales management tasks under supervision
• Valid driving licence
• Willingness to work on-site in Port Louis
